This project was about choosing a face of a person and copy it in a canvas using different tones of one color. My face is no one important or any thing it is just a person a found in Google. To copy it we used squares on the picture and bigger but the same number of squares on the canvas. I choose the color black and did different tones using white. While doing this project I used my fingers in some parts of it to mix tones in the canvas. The goal of this project was learning to mix tones, draw something and create a perfect painting. This project did not just show me this but also helped me see my strengths.
This project was very interesting fun and it even thought me lots of things. My strength this project was the drawing part but not that much on the painting it. I really enjoyed this project and I think I used my time very good and worked just in class without need of extra time. I am really proud of this project!!
This next picture are some dresses I drew as a sketch I thing they are very nice and if I can I will some day try to make them for myself. This is a homework we have to do each week and I like you take it very seriously. This drawing has no color and I thing it is because I am better at doing details without having to color over them. Some ideas came from dresses I have seen but some ideas are mine.
My weakness in most projects are the part were we have to color and this is why I left it in pencil. Also some parts that were a little difficult for me was the design of dresses and put all my ideas together in 3 dresses. A difficult part was also doing the last part on the dress in which you decide if it is going to be straight or loose. I liked the details and enjoyed this sketch.
The next two are also sketches which have the objective of making is practice and draw anything we like. I did this in my notebook and I also used only pencil because of the details. I copy some parts from images from the internet and I like the way they came out. I love this stile of girls and what they wear. this girls are very diferent, even their hair is oposite one from another, one wears a very closed suit and the otherone one very sexy and opened. They are a little like cartoon face but realistic in many ways.
